There are many colleges and institutes in Haryana offering Engineering courses. There is NIT Kurukshetra, and university Institutes, Government colleges and private colleges that offers various courses. The discipline on offer range from Computer Science, mechanical, chemical, manufacturing, Electrical, Bio medical, Textile, Civil, Printing Technology etc.

Courses on offer include many B tech course of 4 years, dual degree course of 5 years and Integrated M tech courses.

1.       NIT Kurukshetra

 

NIT Kurukshetra is one of the Top ranked engineering college in haryana. It is Institution of national importance. The institute offers B Tech course in Civil, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management. The Institute offers admissions through JEE Main exam. The fee is Rs 62,500 per semester an concessional fee is there for economically weaker students

 

2.       University Institute of Engg. & Technology Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra

 

University Institute of Engg. & Technology Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra offers engineering courses in following disciplines : Bio-Technology, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering,Mechanical Engineering. There are around 360 seats in the college for B Tech.  

The admissions are on the basis of JEE main exam score but the seat allocation is done by Haryana State Technical Education Society. 85% seats are for Haryana Students and 25% seats in every category are for female candidates.  

National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Deemed to be University Sonepat Haryana  

National institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management is brain child of Ministry of Food Processing Industries Government of India. The institute offers B Tech Food Technology and Management. The admission is on the basis on JEE main entrance. 

3.      College of Agriculture Engg. & Technology, CCSHAU, Hisar

 

College of Agriculture Engg. & Technology, CCSHAU, Hisar offers B E degree in Agricultural Engineering. There are 35 seats and admissions are taken through JEE main.  

 

4.       Institute of Instrumentation Engg. K.U. Kurukshetra (formerly USIC )

 

Institute of Instrumentation Engg. K.U. Kurukshetra (formerly USIC ). The institute offers 4 year bachelor course in Instrumentation Engineering.

The admissions take place through JEE Main Score and HSTES. There are 60 seats.

 

5       Institute of Mass Communication & Media Technology, K.U. Kurukshetra

 

Institute of Mass Communication & Media Technology, K.U. Kurukshetra offers B Tech Printing Graphics and Packaging. There are 40 seats in the course. For admissions the JEE mains scores is considered and seat counselling is done by HSTES.  

 

6.       Guru Jambheshwar University of Sci. & Tech.,Hisar  

 

 

Guru Jambheshwar University of Sci. & Tech.,Hisar. The university offers B Tech in Bio Medical Engineering, computer science and engineering, electronics and communication engineering, Food Engineering, Information Technology, Packaging Technology, Mechanical engineering and Printing Technology.  There are around 500 seats in the university.  

 

6.       University institute of Engg. & Technology, Maharshi Dayand University, Rohtak  

 

 

University institute of Engg. & Technology, Maharshi Dayand University, Rohtak offers 500 seats in it various B Tech Programs. The disciplines offered are Bio Technology, Civil Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering.  The admission to B Tech course is done through JEE Main .nbsp;

 

7.       Deen Bandhhu Chhotu Ram Univ. of Sci. &Tech., Murthal, Distt. Sonepat

 

 

Deen Bandhhu Chhotu Ram Univ. of Sci. & Tech., Murthal, Distt. Sonepat (Haryana State government university, NAAC A grade )offers B Tech Bio Medical engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication engineering, Computer science and engineering , Biotechnology engineering, and Chemical engineering.
