VSL offers LLM in Corporate Law.
LLB Pass students are eligible for the course.
In the course students study papers like
Law and Social Transformation In India, Constitution, Legal Research and Methodology, Judicial Process.
2nd sem onwards they study papers like Law of corporate management and governance, Competition and consumer protection laws, Regulation of capital market and foreign investment.
