The Post-graduate Programme in Management is a flagship educational programme preparing the young graduates for senior level positions in industry and other sections.The first year provides the incoming students with a thorough grounding in the functional areas of Management. They undergo 61 credit foundation courses in various functional areas, followed by 8-10 weeks of summer training in business and industrial organisations. The first year courses in the core curriculum are common to all students and considering the level of rigour with which they are taught these will enable the students to enter into any stream of management when they embark upon a career.
Eligibility:
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) (It may also referred to as Persons with Disability (PWD) categories], awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
Selection to the Post-Graduate Programme is based on criteria including the candidate's performance in CAT, academic record, essay writing and interview
2 year Diploma program and 1 year certificate programs are on offer in General Management, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, IT and Human Resources which supports the working professionals & executives to enrich their knowledge in area of expertise.
Eligibility:
Working professionals with minimum of 5 years work experience after graduation (Bachelor's Degree/CA/ICWA) with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA, awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
Applicants with valid CAT score* (Min 75 percentile) or GMAT score* (Min 650 Score) can apply. Applicants do not possess valid CAT or GMAT score need to write an entrance test called eMAT which will be conducted by IIMK. Candidates will be called for a personal interview. Final selection will be done on the basis of test scores and personal interview. * CAT & GMAT score not older than 2 years from the last date of online application
It is a full-time residential doctoral programme of IIMs offered in various specialized areas of research in management related subjects.
One of the following qualifications is required as basic eligibility: Post-Graduate degree or equivalent in any discipline (including M.A, M.Sc., M.Com, MBA, MCA, M.Tech., etc) with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. Professional qualifications of CA, ICWA and CS with at least 50% marks or equivalent. Professional qualifications such as MBBS and LLB with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA* Engineering degrees, viz., B.Tech., BE, etc. with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA* Additional minimum 3 years relevant experience required for applying to Marketing Area Those appearing for the final exams can also apply.
A candidate applying for FPM of IIMK should have a valid test score in any of the following tests.CAT, GMAT, GRE, UGC JRF, GATE. Candidates will be short listed on the recommendation of respective areas based on their Profile and Qualifying Scores. Such candidates will be invited for a Personal Interview (and written tests for certain areas) at IIM Kozhikode.
