IIM Calcutta's One Year Residential Program for Executives gives mid-career professionals the ideal platform to augment their existing skill sets as they endeavour to armour themselves for senior and top management roles in the industry. Course delivery through an appropriate mix of classroom lectures, case studies, individual and team assignments. The program will be delivered by IIMC faculty along with international faculty of repute.
Executives with a bachelor's degree ( minimum 10+2+3 years of formal education) or equivalent in any discipline and more than 5 years of postqualificationmanagerial/professional experience may apply.
Selection of candidate is based on professional experience, Academic record, GMAT score and personal interviews. In addition to this candidates are required to submit a statement of purpose and recommendations from two refrees holding senior managerial positions. These are also taken into consideration in the final selection.

Eligiblity to apply for this course-A First‐Class Graduate Engineers with First Division/ First Class Marks from SLC/ Madhyamik.Self sponsored candidates, not in service ‐ Minimum 4½ (four and half) to maximum 10 (ten) years of work experience in manufacturing, engineering and related sector; holding responsibilities in production planning and control, research, design and development, quality control, plant engineering, maintenance, supply chain, construction etc.
Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of his/her academic background, which has to be consistently first division/first class from high school board examination level to graduation level, relevant work experience, employer’s recommendations, bio-data & essays, performance in the Aptitude Test and Personal Interview to be conducted jointly by IIMC, IITK and IITM. Institute welcomes GMAT score to substantiate academic credence.
The Fellow Program of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta is a full-time doctoral program that offers students opportunities for advanced studies and research in different specializations related to Management Science.
Eligibility: EITHER a First Class Master's degree in any discipline (or equivalent professional qualification) and a three-year Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks in the aggregate; OR a First Class Bachelor's degree in Engineering. In addition, applicant must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate in either the Secondary or the Higher Secondary Examination of a Board (or equivalent). A final-year student appearing for the Bachelor's degree examination in Engineering or Master's degree examination in any discipline can also apply.
An applicant can apply to at most two areas of specialization. (S)he needs to have taken the Common Admission Test (CAT) i OR, depending on chosen specialization(s), alternative test(s) in lieu of the CAT.
