Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Avionics Stream)
Eligibility

Training for the AME (Avionics) course at HIET has been approved by the Director General Civil Aviation (DGCA). The duration of the training at the institute is 2 ½ years, over five semesters and followed by one semester (six months) of OJT- ON JOB TRAINING in a DGCA approved Aircraft operator / Approved Maintenance Organization.
For AME training course, the candidate shall have passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board or university or equivalent.

Training for the AME (Mechanical) Course at HIET has been approved by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). The AME License Examination is conducted by the DGCA, Government of India. The duration of training at the institute is 2 ½ years, over five semesters and followed by one semester (six months) of ON JOB TRAINING in a DGCA approved Aircraft operator / Approved Maintenance Organization.

For AME training course, the candidate shall have passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board or university or equivalent.
