A Day In Life
A Sales Manager’s typical day varies depending upon his level of seniority and years of experience. Once the Sales Manager reaches the office, typically he/she starts off by briefing his team of junior executives about the immediate tasks at hand. Usually the evening part is spent in making preparations for client sales presentations and in sending follow up emails. A substantial part of the week or a month also spent in training his team in newer methods of sales pitching and finally in achieving sales targets.
