Medical Lab Technologist

For proper diagnosis and treatment of diseases, doctors require the help of Medical Lab technologists who analyze blood, body fluids, and tissues and do various analysis. The reports generated by these analysis are useful for deciding the line of treatment as well as finding out how the patients are responding to medicines and therapy. Medical technologists perform complex tests, match blood sample for transfusion and test drug levels and make sure that the technicians working with them are doing their job well. Technicians do routine lab tests manually and operate machines. They also do routine maintenance and cleaning of cleaning of equipments in the lab.
