Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD), Delhi was established in 1966 managed under Oberoi Group which owns or manages 32 hotels and luxury cruisers across five countries.
Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD), Delhi was established in 1966 managed under Oberoi Group which owns or manages 32 hotels and luxury cruisers across five countries.OCLD programmes commence in July each year with the selection process beginning in September of the previous year. OCLD is based in Maidens Hotel, Delhi and offers the following two year Management Training Programmes: • Guest Services Management (GSM) focuses on careers in two main guest contact departments; Food and Beverage Service and Front Office. On completion of the programme, students could one day become a Food and Beverage Manager or a Front Office Manager in any one of their hotels. • Housekeeping Management (HM) focuses on all housekeeping aspects of a hotel. On completion of the programme, students could one day become an Executive Housekeeper in any one of their hotels. • Kitchen Management (KM) focuses on culinary skills and the ability to manage kitchen operations. On completion of the programme, students could one day become an Executive Chef in any one of their hotels.
