I am in CBSE in class X, planning to change to SSC (maharashtra board) for XI and XII. Will it be good move?

Oh man ... even the newspapers are full of reports about the first timers who would be appearing XII boards for the very first time since they did not take X boards !!! I think it is OK, my elder brother took both class X and class XII boards but the experience in class XII was quite different and he says it is OK even if you don't give class X boards. So I am happy ........;

There should be just one board. It's very difficult for students of other boards to cope up with the National Level Entrance Exams, provided there is huge difference in the syllabi of CBSE and the state boards. A single board will be rational and will provide equality to the students all over the country. It is a must!

I think state boards would be better as now IIT JEE would also give weightage for board exams ... so I think state board would be better

I think CBSE is much easier then other boards. Though it depends on the caliber of the student too.. this year one of my friend's cousin took admission on the basis of pre boards marks in UPES -Dehradun in BBA course. I think, more universities should come up with this type of options, to ease off pressure from students.
